50 or Ghostface, though both are not worthy of the title. Only Jay-Z deserves it. When Jay-Z is gone, there is going to be a HUGE void in NY. It will truly be a sad day in hip-hop when Jay retires.....the new generation of NY rappers are really not that impressive to me.
