How do yall know that Biggie would of not fallen off, no one knows. Plus AZ is one of the most one dimensional rappers ever so don't compare him to Jay-z, it's the reason why he has never attain the success Nas has. As far as who is 2, i would say Nas based off of music, relevance, catalog, etc. Those other dudes yall name is gonna have along time before they accomplish half the shit Nas and Jay have, and no one gives a fuck about no mixtapes; im talking classic albums, hit records, and longevity.

lol@ nas being #2.

Nas hasn't gone platinum since 2004.

So the #2 goat is someone who isn't even relevant now?

IMO Jay-z Blueprint 3 is garbage he on that European Jay bullshit making music aimed at the white folks. He has passed Em as whitefolks favorite rapper to like to be cool and his music has suffered because of it he not my #1.

Regardless of anyone's opinion, jay has done more for rap than any rapper has. He's the most successful, longevity says a lot. Like he said "from 96,the only mc with a flu, yeah I rhyme sick I be what you're tryin to do" He has surpassed every one as the goat all around. If you cant admit that, then you're just being bitter because of slaughterhouse sales. But to answer the question...Pac.
Big was hot during his tenure but how can you tell his future. Reasonable doubt did get released while Big was alive so why couldnt jay continue with big alive.

Kanye and Wayne are fighting for the 2nd spot. Its kinda sad because this really isn't what the streets want. They really don't want JayZ in the top spot but its undeniable.

#unpopular opinion: The streets lost control of hip hop... *runs and look for cover*
