To me the mixtapes are more like killing the regular season or having highlights at rucker park. The shit was fire but it's easier to kill mixtapes and have the lyrical version of skip to my lou or hot sauce. What is hard is making timeless albums which to me are like winning rings. Carter 1 and 2 are waynes best overall projects and he lit up the game with 2 dope years like the late 80s pistons. C3 sold the most and was good but not on the same level. Nobody outside Louisiana talks about the first 3 studio albums. And the latest wayne joints sold well but were weedplates.

If wayne could have had more projects that were focused and used his lyrical talents in sequence to create a story he would probally be in my top 10. But his prime came and went and looking back half that shit was about how he was the shit like....in the pussy like.....life is a bitch.....
