If DMX died (God forbid) in his heyday would he have been mentioned now as a GOAT?

yeah agreed man people were really feeling x

and i don't see it as a dumb comparison the whole

pac and X because they had the same styles

lyrically pac was better by just a little bit.

Maybe Death Row Pac, but beyond that Pac as a whole and DMX is like comparing Scarface to Ja Rule or Biggie to 50 Cent. Pac and Nas have more in common than DMX and Pac. Pac had the range to make songs speaking on social issues like "Brenda's Got A Baby" and "Keep Ya Head Up". Then do something political like "Panther Power". Pac had albums that were socially and politcally charged and DMX didn't.

The thing that sets pac apart is his social consciousness. But I think X was more introspective than any other artist with all of his demons he was fighting
