They using that game 3yrs ago to rank Boise St as high as they did, that is wrong.

Correct me if Im wrong but virtually all the Major Big Time Programs get ranked high usually based on tradition rather than what they done the year before so Why the bias double standard against Boise State??? ( They have the most wins and 1 of if not the highest winning percentages in the 2000's).

That wasn't the point, the point was their weak ass schedule(9 teams in the WAC), if they are better, they need to get in there and prove it.

You seem to keep on indicating as if Boise State doesnt want to face better competition when for the most part it suggest otherwise many of the top BCS teams dont want to play Boise State despite its AD trying his best to schedule better teams and most dont want to go to Boise and face them on that homefield so tell those teams to stop being pussies and man up.

TCU playing nobody last year really Moutain West was better than the ACC last season. Oregon being Pac 10 champs and better than anyteam from the ACC last season as well you simply dismissing them. And you saying Utah win over Bama dont mean shit really.... if they go undefeated or even a lose 1 game closely and they are ranked high enough best believe that game will favors in hugely among the selection committess of BCS games you seriously dont know what the fuck your talking about.

Whose paying attention to Utah right now???....NOBODY.....Mountain West Better than the ACC(where did they come from)........you know nothing about football.

I think we can all agree with these things:

1. Boise St. has a weak schedule, very weak

2. Boise St. is more than capable of hanging with a top 10 team

how do you know if they would have the same success?

based off what?...

why to answer a question with a question....lol

based off the success they've had the past 4 seasons.....49-4 record with a 5-1 record against top 25 teams in that span

based off the points they put up year in and year out.....avg 40 ppg over 4 years

based off the defensive ranking they've had......avg ranking in total defense 18th...avg 32 sacks/season

what else should I base it off of?....im not basing my opinion off of one game i saw on monday....they've been pretty good for 4 years now so yes success in another conference doesn't seem to be far fetched for this team IMO

Based on the strength of schedule and BSU ain't playing anybody....can you see that or not. The most wins against nobodies.

I used Texas A&M because they were the weaker of Texas, OU and NEB......and their schedule still shitting on BSU.

They probably could but we don't know, cause they don't have to play against that type of competition week in and week out....It would take them a couple of yrs to get it together if they moved to Big12, but they would be more respected if they did.

you say that like BSU can pick who they want to play(which again no one wants to play them...you think they haven't invited the big dogs of the B12 to come play some ball...all of em have declined).....dont you think they'd love to have TAMU's schedule right now.....it would help make thier argument a lot easier.....

Bottom line Boise would beat anybody anywhere. Shit Kansas loss to fuckin North Dakota ST. I know they would give would give Alabama and Ohio St a game would they win don't know but they have proven they can play with anybody. Virginia Tech was a top 10 team and beat them. Nobody was saying nothing when USC was dominating a very weak Pac 10 the last couple years with the exception of Oregon and Cal. And Texas and Oklahoma literally walks through the Big 12 most years with the exception of of a upstart Nebraska team. But they leaving next year so it's going to get easier. If Boise is undefeated and and Ohio ST or Alabama lose best believe they should be in.

Why should an elite team have to play in Boise, they wouldn't benefit form going to BSU to play.

But a team with a 7-6 record (with only 2 quality wins) deserves a higher ranking next season than a team went 14-0 and won a BCS game while having 20 starters returning ? Its shit like this that makes people hate college football andy why the casual fans dont give a fuck about the sport.

Why would a Texas or Bama travel to fucking Boise....they wouldn't benefit from that.
