dope album true shit that the lamestream does not want you to understand. Ice cube was smart in switching gears when he saw the sly censorship coming and since so many kats are given their opinions they will never question why they like Jigga as much as they do. B ut give jay his credit he has played the fuck out of his position at everyone else expense...

LMAO. The feelings caught in this thread are off the scale. I'm not sure about Lethal injection, but definitely Death Certificate >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> every Jay-z album. That album and It Takes A Nation Of Millions To Hold Us Back shit on 90% of hip hop releases.

Why isn't it?

It has some great moments, but it's not as consistent or cohesive as Cube's first three albums; it sounds like a tired retread of what he had been talking about on every album. Also, Lil Ass Gee and Down For Whatever were mediocre in my opinion. It's a good album (I'd rate it 4/5), but I can see it being superior to Reasonable Doubt.

Okay. And you're not just saying that because Jay is on the opposite end of the comparison?

I dunno my man.

Lethal Injection is a great album, and while it's not Cube's best, I still wouldn't rate it any less than 4/5.
I just think Reasonable Doubt is a bit better.

Maybe it is just a regional thing because I never heard RD till after Blue print came out and the whiteboys were jumping on the bandwagon and to this day I do not hear no one bumping that shit but I heard BopGun yesterday...
