The reason he can't craft songs like those no more is because he isn't in that mindstate anymore, Carter 2 was Wayne still figuring out his own style. He sounded like a southern new york rapper on it, by Drought 3 Wayne had crafted his completely OWN style. lol Something You Forgot was jus like 07, Wayne is fully capable of making a song like that again if the situation calls for it.
