Taqueria Arandas is my fave in Houston. They got this hot ass green dip that is soo good.

What's KETO?

When I first started losing weight, I did it by carb cycling. But it's not something you can do for a while, cuz it fucks with your personality, and if you stick to it too long, you'll definitely regain weight. Like when I first did it I lost 75 pounds and then regained like 30 of 'em over the summer cuz I got tired of how rigid it was. So I'm gonna do it for 2 months, cuz I've plateaued. I've always had great mass/strength gains as well as fat loss when I did keto.

i didn't know there was a restaurant called chipotle. but i am obsessed with the pepper. i put it in so many things. i love the smokiness of it and it has a lot of flavour w/o being too hot. perfect for so many dishes. i've been making this chipotle mayo, and my goodness it makes sandwiches taste out of this world
