If you normally get burritos (of any kind)... STOP. Order a burrito bowl instead, with all the normal shit you get in your burrito. Ask for a tortilla on the side. The amount of shit you get in the burrito bowl is > what they put in a burrito. The tortilla on the side is free, and the bowl and burrito cost the same.

Then just make the burrito yourself.

Voila.

Taqueria Arandas is my fave in Houston. They got this hot ass green dip that is soo good.
