its not that. some people don't think blacks have jobs or can afford a computer. they think it's only the white race that is intelligent. some blacks look down on their own race, so they don't think blacks have access to all hiphop, because they think that most blacks (especially blacks from the streets) are poor, and homeless with no computer access
