Love, if you two cannot come to a mutual understanding and agreement, your best bet would be to keep all receipts and while you don't necessarily have to take it to court as a trial, involving a legal mediator would be wise. With a mediator at least you are more in control of the outcome where as in front of a judge the evidence and findings which you present in your favor or against her will be determined by that one judge.
In your best interest document everything, ask for a paternity test and don't allow any female to be an excuse not to be there for your child.
how much you hit ole boy up a month?

Negative my dear. I don't personally believe in taking any brother to court for child support or involving/putting him in the system regardless of our personal relationship, nor have I needed to. However that's my personal belief for myself, what others do is their choice.

You need to be preemptive and file for joint custody as soon as the baby is born why she still laid up recovering and visitation rights. Put yourself on child support if you have to and when she in labor you need to go to the hospital on your own even if its just to give the nurse your name so its on the birth certificate.
black caesar;5354655 said:Do not sign the birth certificate until you get a DNA test. SERIOUSLY. Also get your money right to get a good lawyer. You don't want to end up like Nas.
kai_valya;5354866 said:no diss, but your girl sounds like a real chickenhead
only ain't shit broads think it's cool to use a baby as a pawn. but it seems like this bitch has your number, she runs your ass it seems. and def doesn't respect you. women know the type of man they can pull this type of behaviour on, even the crazy ones know the one not to fuck with, you obviously aren't the one
fuck all that other shit she talking, fuck a baby shower, fuck trying to be with her, fuck doing shit for her. and even if she doesn't let you go to the birth, she can't put your name on the birth certificate without your permission, but make sure you get a dna test first. once you are established as the bio dad, there isn't shit she can do to stop you from your rights as a father
take that bitch to court and get it in writing. and stay diligent. if she's not adhering to the agreement, keep taking her back to court. even if courts are biased to the mother usually, even they won't stand for a bitch habitually breaking the rules they put in place
