diet is key. there's a saying that goes:
Abs are made in the kitchen

You really do have to see which your body responds to more effectively. Some folks can work out forever and a day and lack results because their body responds more greatly to diet and food intake. It differs from person to person but sometimes I feel that diet>>> although the two work hand in hand.

Get your body fat to 15% or lower.

For dudes, get your body fat to 9% or lower.

that's the long long term goal. I'm at least 18 months away from seeing abs. SMH.

Don't take this the wrong way, but no amount of crunches will help you see abs if you dont' lower your BF.

fat burner pills coupled with extensive cardio would help in the short term (once you cycle off of them, its easy to gain weight back).

A good idea would be to work on obliques before doing abs, as when you do an ab rep, it will feel smoother and more effective

most def the right diet will help immensely, but u still have to exercise the muscles in the abdomen. Just in case u dont know where to start here is the P90X Ab Ripper X dvd. Just mix it in with your regular workout every other day or so.

Girl we all want some abs lol...

but um like everyone said diet is key... so is rest.. make sure you get a good amount of sleep!

Also try planking every night( it will flatte your tummy) ... start by holding it for 30..45...60 secs each night and then changing your routine..

ders also a thing on youtube called 8mins abs you do it every other day and have different levels evry two weeks..or so

It's best for you to find a good diet first that's good for you, then you do your work out routine.

Getting rockin abs is about drinking a lot of water and having a good diet. Depending on how lean you are you may want to do some cardio on top of your ab work out. Work your abs a few times a week, not every day. Switch up your routine using a weight ball, balance ball, light weights, etc. You'll get sweet abs fast.

It helped me to visualize the caloric breakdown in something before I ate it. If I'm going to a fast food joint, I avoid all carbs. I can live with fat and protein.
