My only problem is I got people laughin at me,Nobody takin me serious and they think I aint capable of doin this. Its frustrating cuz peoples general perception of me on the ic and in life is I'm an idiot

I gotta study and take tests and I aint really a good student like that. This gonna be a challenge and I dont wanna be overwhelmed and quit

Why u laugh tho? I think its a huge misconception that Im some idiot in reality Im in the top 5 percentile imo

But I cant no B's? Ever? Wtf yo I dont know about that,so in college you gotta basically get straight A's? For 4-5 years? Oh Yea and thanks for decimating my self esteem again

Nah I laughed cause I thought u was gonne be in here tryna clown folks- i aint even know u were serious...I thought I was about to get some good ole roastin comedy from u lol

I mean u dont HAVE to get straight A's.....but if u have ur mindset thinking that u can't get anything less than a B- it makes u work harder. Know what I mean? Ur basically psyching yourself out lol pushing urself to do your best work

So prove them wrong, the best revenge you can get on people like that is to make them eat their words. No one really knows what you're capable of but you.

Thats what I'm considering but I gotta be Focused for a minimum 4 years thats work.Thats my only issue is if I get overwhelmed then I'm back to square one

I aint been in school since high school

Yo- if u have a goal and you are serious about it- you will MAKE it. Think about all the single moms who go to work all day, go to school at night and take care of 2-3 kids at home yo. If they can do it anything can be done. U gotta think of your blessing instead of how hard it is. It gets strenuous and crazy but u just gotta push through it. I was out of school for about 7-8 years before I went back for my masters. Trust me- these young kids give me a run for my damn money in these classes. It''s hard as hell and sometimes I honestly just want to drop out and give up. Everyone has a story and a struggle. Your resilience will carry you through though. Just make sure you have a plan as to what you want to do WITH the degrees you get...and that future vision will carry you through the years to actually getting that piece of paper.

Whats the toughest classes in that program since you almost complete.Like do you have to take advanced calculas or anything really hard? Cuz I cant front thats the only thing deterring me, cuz I barely passed algebra in high school it took me like 3 times nahmean? I aint good at that type of stuff

personally for me.... 2nd year accounting (Managerial Accounting).... u gotta sit down & read that shit and actually know it. 1st year intro to accounting was a fucking breeze but wow that 2nd year shit was a toughy.... outside of that i think u good. As for calculus yo i think it depends on the requirements of your program. I do think that for first year students they make u take a calc course - if u do get one id recommend taking it in the summer, cuz its shorter, watered down & you only have 2 exams to complete.

Damn yo wtf,Nobody said it would be easy.I gotta grind if its real hard I'll get a tutor

But good lookin out Im about 80-85% convinced imma do this

like Sion said Managerial acct was a BITCH I gotta C in it, I actually just took calculus it was hard and if you struggled with Algebra you will struggle with calc, but you may or may not have to take it...I think business admin majors at my school have to take QMB and calc is a pre-req for it but those will probably be the 3 hardest classes you will have QMB, Managerial acct, and Calculus...One area I messed up is picking my electives make sure you pick the easiest ones and spread them out your last 60 and your GPA for your major are what matter so keep that in mind

I'd probably take business Calculus over the one with Geometry I hate Geometry, stats is whatever, I'm an econ major so macro n micro was easy for me...info tech was easy for me we had lecture and lab I also skipped lecture and just went to lab... accountings a necessary evil...and business law I had a really easy teacher but not a hard class...Sion correct me if I'm wrong but both those math classes have pre reqs right? I ended up finding a loophole to bypass the pre reqs at my school if you can do that, it will save from having to take college Algebra unless you think you need it for calculus

Yup had to take all of those classes except for business calculus. The accounting and business law are the toughest IMO, especially business law. Fuck that class. I aint trying to be a damn lawyer. If you want to be successful in the business school you need to be good in group projects you will have A LOT of them, like every semester/quarter. Overall if you like business then you should be OK.

WOOOWWWW LMAO @ managerial accounting

yo stats is easy as fuck (most ppl take it to keep their GPAs looking good), macroeconomics & microeconomics are prolly the easiest courses on there (all their about is how the economy works as a whole & micro is the same but looks more specifically at individual factors by using graphs and charts), Introduction to Information Technology is boring as hell & u have to pay attention smh (if u pay attention its a breeze too), intro to financial accounting is the 2nd easiest after macro/micro (u could actually use my advice on how to read stocks thread b/c all it is is ratios & judging to see if something is making or losing money by reading financial statements - the class is more important than u know & will help u in the future), managerial accounting is hard, calculus is a bitch & legal environment of business is easy too but shits boring (i did a class similar to it and it was mostly about the political area of business).

outside of that if u just need a 2.0 in those classes then u should be fine. after ur done with those courses things should be a bit easier on you.

Good luck bruh ur on the right track & are destined to do well.

C/S but that law class at my school was taught like it was for some law degree SMH.
