I disliked this. Giving him plastic surgery is proving that those kids were right. They're supposed to be teaching him to accept himself. Now he is going to want the acceptance of others. Kids didn't like his ears (gets plastic surgery), Kids don't like his clothes (gotta go shopping), kids don't like the fact that he doesn't smoke weed (Joins the crowd and smokes weed). "Fixing" him is not the answer. They're classically conditioning him to do what others think he should do. Not good at all.
