Mike the GOAT.....Too many classic tracks.....

Gotta mention Rick James, Smokey Robinson, Marvin Gaye, etc.....

Mike's Jackson 5/Jacksons era music alone is better than most people's whole career.

4 classic albums back to back you can play top to bottom without skipping.

And if you're in any public place where there is music being played and you play Prince and Stevie first as much as I love them and they're music.... Then you throw on almost any MJ song, people just have a different reaction to his music.

Michael Jackson is the closet thing to Jesus Christ. He's proof God exist. Incredible.

If MJ is Jesus, then he,

he must be God because Prince is >>>> MJ.

Prince is the GOAT

I actually prefer his Jackson 5 Motown era to his king of pop era.

The Temps especially the classic 5 Temps.

But man Motown fucked up letting the Isley Brothers go. They already got the undisputed GOAT roster when it comes to groups, but damn the Isley's in the 70's.

How prince influence a nigga that was around a decade before him

easy, was mike doing that in the 60's/70's???

was he doing that during off the wall and thriller?

exactly nigga.

there was a Mike gap between 82/83-87 who was running the music world then?

he was influenced by Prince the same way he was inflenced by Turbo & Jeffery Daniels.

Mike is known to be a sponge soaking up , and being inspired by others , constantly adding to his repertoire . thats why he was great, to be the master he was always a student always learning, adding, and working on his craft...

Stevie Wonder the GOAT but Mike up there

Curtis Mayfield > Marvin > MJ > Al Green > Stevie

Co signed for Curtis Mayfield

Personally, he didn't have the goat singing voice but his pen & production game is up there if not better than everyone on that list

Roots (solo)

*soundtracks*

Sparkle

Superfly (solo)

Claudine

Let's do it again

All these joints are stone cold classics that needs to be in your collection if you bout that music life

Yall posted all those stevie wonder songs and didnt mention the best of all times...

I was made to love H.E.R

And i spelled "her" like that to keep it hiphop and further ensure this thread dont get moved.

Common USE to love H.E.R, Stevie was MADE to love her.

get this fuck shit the fuck outta here!!.

disrespectful ass..

It's true. As dope as MJ was, he wasn't a complete artist was as Prince the Gawd was. As we all know Prince wrote, produced, arranged, composed, and played all the instruments on his shit.

Mike been fuckin it up since the 60s.. Givin us over 50 yrs of epicness..

Niggas cant even name 20songs by Prince let along sing along.

Get the fuck outta here..

LOL. This is hyperbole and surely you jest. At a minimum most casual fans of Prince and name at least 25 songs from Prince. With the exception of Computer Blue, everybody over the age of 35 can name damn near every song from Purple Rain. That's 8 songs right there and everybody knows the following tracks from Prince.

"I Wanna Be Your Lover", "Controversy", Do Me, Baby, 1999, Little Red Corvette, Delirious, Raspberry Beret, Pop Life, Kiss, Mountains, Anotherloverholenyohead, Girls & Boys. That's 21 songs right there and I haven't even gotten to the shit off of the Sign o' Times album, later shit, and B-sides. Let me continue.

Sign o' the Times, If I Was Your Girlfriend, U Got the Look, Scandalous Diamonds and Pearls, Cream, Gett Off Sexy MF, Adore. That's 30 songs easily recognizable songs from Prince. I didn't even include the shit Prince did for other people. Sorry to inform you bruh, Prince was much greater than MJ. I can also make a strong argument that Rick James was on par with MJ also.
