For the most part I agree w/ everything you said & w/ the 1st statement to a small degree. Now you definitely gotta have thick skin when dealing w/ some management, but there is a line of disrespect, that when crossed, must be dealt w/ accordingly. The last job I was at I was there for 6-7 years. The boss/owner was a walking lawsuit. I saw him take gum out of his mouth and throw it at a girl. He sexually harassed women. He talked to people like dogs....made little racial jokes...all that crazy shit. He did that to 99% of the people there. I was the 1% that didn't let that shit slide. He disrespected me 1 time and that was the last time. I checked dude in the most non-ratchet fashion. About a year after the incident he told me that he almost fired me that day over it & I just laughed like "bitch you would have been doing me a favor". Muffugga respected me from that day forward though and he knew not to bring that bullshit my way. If he would have fired me, best believe I would have been hollaring at some of those legal "channels" cause I had enough shit on dude to bury him and the company.
