Gangsta rap is over the top only mostly talking about murder,death,drugs,etc..Street rap spits more from a past hand account or a third person or talks about urban shit.Not neccearily crime related stuff for most the album.

Example:Rakim was a street level artists not a gangster rapper.

Trap-Rap is gangsta rap IMO though..
