Well if you are using the stock Droid browser it should work. Are you using something else like opera mini or firefox mobile???

As for the "you don't have permission to do that" that's because you can't mod from forum view. In other words when you are in cheap seats and you are looking from the view where you can see all your stickies and threads on the first page, for some reason you can't mod from there. They had it fixed for like a week but it went dead again.

You have to actually enter the thread you want to mod **shrugs**
