It's okay. I didn't think C3 was dope like everyone else, and this isn't better than C3.
There's only two songs I love (Bill Gates and Single), and maybe Drake's addition would make me like it more), a two I like (With You, Gonorrhea), and a few I guess I can fuck with (Right Above it, That Ain't Me, YM Banger). Everything else I'll be skipping a lot.
So out of the 12 songs (including the bonus tracks) there's only 4 I really enjoy, and 3 more that I may listen to once in a while.
Props to the Bill Gates track, though.

man its hard to not come in here and show some hate. lil wayne is getting wacker with every verse. "Right ABove", "Bill Gates", "With You" are all good tracks but the rest of them joints r horrible. just filled with wack punchlines

wayne got alot of talent and potential.. i just think he rushes thru verses and they come out with very low quality lately. he should start liveing by quality over quanity.
wayne hasnt been the same since The Drought Is Over 4. witht the "Scarface"tracks. everything after that was meteoker to me. C3 was a disappointment. C2 was a classic.

I agree. I think it would've been cooler to not have some Wayne material for a while, and then drop some shit towards the end of the year/beginning or next year when ever he's back situated. I think the impact that could've been unparalleled.
But then again, Weezy got to the top by flooding the streets with material, so its not his game to go Lupe on niggas.
I'm upset this is not a EP anymore, because I'd rather hear a full length album by Wayne that he purposely crafted himself. Make a mixtape with throwaways, not a full length album. But it is what it is...........

He does live in the studio, so there would be a lot of material that seems rushed or lackluster verses. You can't record that much and expect everything he says to be a gem.
But I agree that he has been more miss than hit lately. After the first C3 leaked the summer of '07 he has been putting out a lot of weak material.
