All she has to do is convince a judge that she signed it under "duress" (which is subjective) and it's a wrap.

Plus, prenups only protect assets each party has before the marriage.

Any assets accumulated after the marriage are considered community property.

DNA tests are done using saliva. That's why you can get them done at the hospital as soon as the baby is born.

She was a stay at home mom with 2 kids. Court, paternity tests, and visitation only take a few hours. She was the one who checked the mail. She ran all the errands. It's the same way women go buy clothes and men don't find out until afterwards.
