Apparently the guy he sold the mansion too was his multi millionaire neighbor who runs the Twinkie business or big in Hostess who plans on combining his property to it. The mansion was in bad shape, said it was like an old folks home on the inside and needed a complete renovation inside and out among other things. Ouch.

Yea, but thats a weathly person saying that. How times have we seen on those real estate or HGTV shows, that show someone buying a mansion thats fine yet they say it sucks, and needs to be tore down and have everything rebuilt.

I remember one of his ex-birds exposed how rundown the mansion became in the latter days. Old tattered mattresses with stains on them (cum stains Im sure) and the house dog started peeing on the old curtains and drapes leaving a distinct aroma in every room. Broke my heart to read that. Was glad when he finally sold it.

whats surprising to me is that this was ONLY his third wife...you know in 91 years giving the life he was living and compare to other hollywood folk that is rather tame. he was married to his second wife for 21 years....

TMZ has obtained the deed to the Hollywood Hills home that is included in a trust that is controlled by 2009 Playmate Harris, 31, which details a 5,900 square foot home, which was purchased back in 2013.

And, a TMZ source familiar with the 91-year old global icon's estate plan, says that Hef also left Harris $5 million, all part of a prenuptial agreement that the two signed prior to their marriage.

The lavish home reportedly boasts four bedrooms, five baths and an infinity pool!
