Isiah was able to get rid of the shitty players NY had like Othella Harrington, Clarence Weatherspoon, Howard Eisley, Shandon Andedrson etc. But his biggest mistake was not rebuilding, instead he felt it would be better to try and become competitive on the fly and made moves with that purpose in mind, but it always seemed to back fire.

The one thing about Isiah is that he is a good drafter.
