GUNIT has been dead for years now, but 50 has always been hanging on by the thread. This 5th album that is coming up will finally tell us for certain what Curtis position in the game is musically.
Like many of us here I can definitely see this attention whore trying to stir up some controversy the days before the record comes out.......or he may even try to make it come out July 17 to compete with Nas and try to start controversy again.
But I've noticed that websites like Complex seem to be blacklisting the guy and have spent more time talking about real emcees like Nasir.
If I am correct and all these hip hop magazines, hip hop websites, etc are blacklisting 50 then that is great and hopefully it is a sign that gets karma.
Educated and intelligent response to the Thread-Topic.
....there are very few posters who can respond to HipHop related topics without emotional ramblings, name-dropping or
off-topic diatribes, aliases co-signing their aliases.
Im intrigued by your comments about Complex magazine, maybe you or someone else can elaborate further on that portion of your postage that insinuated that black-balling may be involved.
Well remember how just recently they had that interview with Nas about the Making of "It Was Written" album since the 16 year anniversary of the album is coming up in July. They spoke to Nas, Steve Stoute, and the Trackmasters about the making of the album
Not only that but they had the "Return of The Don'' article where they had a personal interview with Nas about "Life Is Good" and in an extra separate feature of that interview they had Nas give his 25 favorite albums at the time.

^Here is what I am talking about. Look at how often he has been on there since January 2012. I just get the feeling that 50 is being blacklisted purposely LMAO
And remember about all the talk about "Daughters" and all the love it got on twitter not just from the usual women, but also from fathers themselves.
I mean even Jessica Alba randomly tweeted one day "Nas Don"

If he is being blackballed it's because he bit the hand that was feeding him.
When you are disloyal and bite the hands that feed you it might lead to blackmailing and blacklisting.

On an emotional freestyle 50-Cent screamed "Fuck Jimmy Iovine, I ain't got no boss" because he was embarrassed how
Master P expressed in an open letter the fact that Jimmy Iovine was his 50-Cents GOD.
So Jimmy booted Lloyd Banks & Yayo off of Interscope to punish 50-Cent for his disloyalty and things went back to a master & slave relationship.
Fast-forward Dr Dre has cornered the market on a headphone hustle and Jimmy Iovine is his business partner, well everything is cool until the disloyal buffoon 50-Cent goes and steps on Dr Dre & Jimmy's toes by starting a rival headphone hustle with his own inferior headphones.
All the things you can hustle in the world and this idiot picks something as obscure as Headphones knowing that his bosses had tried to corner that market. What an idiot, and you wonder why G-Unit clothing and G-Unit records crumbled.
When you are disloyal and bite the hands that feed you it might lead to blackmailing and blacklisting.
