Ross has been steadily improving. Biggie MIGHT have improved as an all around artist, but he might've gotten worse as well.

Looking at both of their peaks thus far, Biggie takes the cake. But I don't think Ross is in his prime yet. He's definitely on an incline.

Ross has a powerfull voice and he has good command of the mic, good wordplay, but his flow is stop and go... big had many layers to his flow.
