Kendricks' already got a bit of eccentricity in him. Someone mentioned his album listening party. Dude started blowing up at the crowd b/c they were reciting the lyrics with his album instead of just listening to it quietly for what he said. Like it mattered at a listening party.

But Lupe's not schizo either. Nor does he have any type of schizoid tendencies. If that's what you think, then you have no idea what schizophrenia or schizoaffective, or schizophreniform, or schizotypal personalities are.

Lupe just listens to too much Alex Jones. He's no different than all you crazy sons of bitches talking about the "Illuminati". I personally think Lupe's got the right ideas in his head, but he's not as articulate as he thinks he is when he's speaking, b/c he can't explain his thoughts coherently and diligently. His problem is trying to make noise with his opinions away from the mic, and forgetting that rappers also need to entertain in addition to speaking on social ills.

And the problem with Kanye's rant wasn't so much what he said. I'm sure plenty of black people in America felt what Kanye said. Hell, i'm not black, and at the time, I agreed with that sentiment too. The problem with Kanye's George Bush comments were that he picked the most inappropriate time to say it. He took the entire focus away from helping victims of Katrina, and turned it into a tabloid story on whether George Bush is racist. 90% of people couldn't even tell you today what station that telethon was on, or anyone else on it (besides Mike Myers, who was pretty fucking shocked at what Kanye did, and did a good fucking job of trying to get the telethon back on track), let alone whether they even reached their fundraising goal.

Kanye ruined that entire telethon with his comments. He should've kept such a thought for another time, or another interview where he wouldn't be hurting the fundraising for the very people he thought he was speaking up for. Kanye is the one person that gained the most from that telethon as a result, and IMO, that's gotta go down as as one of his most selfish public acts.
