there are a lot of things involved here. some in her favor and whole lot of things not in a favor. first she is gonna probably be charged with 2nd degree offenses and 4th degree offenses. the good thing is she never showed a weapon and she didnt steal a weapon. that will give her lawyer a chance to say she was drunk and didnt realize what she was doing. the bad part is she had an accomplice. the prosecutors might push this as evidence of a planned robbery. if her lawyers can plead her out to a 4th degree crime its probation. if that 2nd degree stick her first offer is gonna be around a 5 years.
