Get a new email account and stop passin it out to sketchy websites that don't require a valid email for a confirmation link. Spam is pretty much inevitable but that's what the spam folder is for unless you want a solution from some small mail provider who flat out blocks anything that's considered spam but then you might have legitimate mail being blocked.
