I read it as did she turn their feet over and look or see them leaving dirty feet prints? Asked a white girl something once that had to with some shit we ( blacks) exclusively do. She thought, turned her head and said " u know, I don't think I ever have seen a colored person do that.". I was ready to SNAP! My brother was next to us and grabbed my leg. Later explained, how cool she has been all while we worked there ( white girl was true blue, no hating it shade from her but respect) and asked me to remember where she grew up and lives. Probably didn't even realize she said it. Learned that day even tho all whites have a racists trait towards blacks, sometimes they really might not know what they say sounds a little off. Depends on the person tho. I always take what a CAC male says a shade / condescending. They gets no passes from me.
