If you know how to cook your well done steak will not be tough. My steaks were only fucked when I fucked them up. If you need to have the steak still mooing for it to it to be edible you can't cook.

It's funny, because when I did eat my steak well done I used drown it in steak sauce or ketchup to soften it up. Didn't matter who cooked it or the steakhouse. Once I went medium, that's when I realized I didn't need any sauce
