well, theres really no one way.... I would say, pseudo befriending the cockblocker is the best route only because its shows your social prowess. Your ability to engage a group and "lead"and make them feel comfortable with you.... and it also shows your restraint not to do "whats expected" i.e... run up to the cute one and immediately talk to her. Reading all these "wingman" replies reminds me of the times when me and the homie hit the clubs. Now in this case, it will only work if both of ya'll are some seasoned veteran wingmen which is my situation. Usually though, we end up not having to "grenade jump".
