Click on "warnings level 4"

you get a new page that looks the same but its not .. scroll all the way down to "Warnings

Du_Du warned Ol Jay's for 4 points. "

go all the way to the right end of the page on the same line as " Du_Du warned Ol Jay's for 4 points.:

you should see an "X" pop up if you scroll over the spot.. click that. Warning Removed.
