How big is too big for a smartphone screen...

My S3 has a 4.8 inch screen and it's kind of a big ass brick type of phone. This is prolly like the biggest I'd ever want my screen to go

^^this.. i just got my S3 a week ago.. man screen is fucking huge! its dope watching a vid, but texting meh not so much. would never want a screen bigger, but i got the case with the waist clip.. shits HUGE feel like a fucking holster, not rocking the clip ...

Eh I fux with the Swype texting shit when it's not on the side(because the letters are too far away). The texting is straight with me though

yeah i agree. i was just talking to my boss (he just copped the s3 too) swype is the way to go when you have the phone the long way.. im just still getting used to it. i had the evo shift b4 this one. and i think pretty much that was the last smartphone with the slide out keyboard so im JUST getting used to a touchscreen key pad. u could use either or on the evo shift, but i always used the regular keyboard not the touchscreen, just need to get used to it i literally have only had the phone 7 days

i got the nexus, slightly bigger than the s3. shits huge. good for watching movies n vids, but sometimes its tough to take pics or record depending on how u gotta angle the phone. with that said S3 screen>nexus

Went from a Droid X to to the 4s. It was an adjustment going to a smaller phone. 4 inches is about as big as I'd go.

I think if you have to use both hands to use it, it's too big.

I like the iphone4, my current phone, cause its small enough for me to navigate the OS and type stuff with one hand.

On a side note u guys rememer the original controllers for the first xbox? I was young when it first dropped but them things were huge as fuck lol
