I can be considered a horrorcore fan but not that much of it to be real. I am not into that juggalo shit like ICP and so on at all. I just like the originators like Geto Boys, Esham, Brotha Lynch Hung & Ganksta NIP. That's about it.

Now I think of it, the horrorcore albums that I like are:

Any album that contains such tracks by Geto Boys

Esham's first five or so albums

Most stuff by Brotha Lynch

Ganksta NIP's first two

And most of Eminem's horrorcore songs like "3 AM"

Gravediggaz are mad overrated though, just because they are from the east. Their whole "I'M INSANE, ARGGGHHHH!" delivery is so annoying, you just can't take it serious. They can't hold a candle to Esham when it comes to capturing the insane image, Esham just sounds so damn evil, you think he really has insanity problems in reality.

And today's hip-hop is mostly garbage, take it from a teenager too, so don't come at me with that "u mad, old ass junkie" shit because I'm far from that. It just pisses me off how AWFUL 98% of Atlanta is, a far cry from the city that gave us Outkast. I always thought I should cut some slack for the south and I still do, but those who say southern rap sucks and has ruined hip-hop are not far from the truth. Just look at the total garbage that's been coming from ATL and N.O. The only city that deserves any respect in the south is Houston. But I'm not blaming it all on the south, east and west have been quiet and have some of their vets trend-hopping like motherfuckers in attempt to get some sales, which doesn't make anything better.

So I agree that horrorcore is better than most of today's hip-hop.
