Its crazy you say that cuz a couple yrs ago they started putting more police on patrol from 9pm-4am cuz they said that was the peak time frame for the murders during the summer.

The farther north u go the worse the shit gets, and a lot of it caused by the dope game. In the south they have trap houses so niggas hustle from their own spots most of the time. In places like NY, B-More, CHI, etc. they outside on the block. It gets cold as fuck in the winter time in these places so only niggas who really dedicated to the grind or broke as fuck are outside when it's 15 degrees in the daytime w/ snow in the forecast. The competition is much thinner in the winter. In the summer niggas are out there packed shoulder to shoulder on the block all day. The competition for the fiends is increased so there's more tension...shit is bound to pop off.
