We must have been big as Fuck my last few years in high school... Cuz that wasn't uncommon at all in Mississippi.. Brookhaven, McComb, south pike, them big ass coast schools, Wayne county, south Panola, Madison central, Shiddddd even tylertown and Terry with Anthony Dixon 250lb ass had teams like that with a bunch of dudes over 200lbs.. Tylertown just last year had 3 kids on the line that were 6'5 280+ and they are a 3a(small school) ..thats not even counting schools like picayune, west Jones, hattisburg, oak grove

I was on a coast team, and remember us playing South Panola for the state championship. Used to call them the university of south panola. Sht, I thought we was a pretty good sized team at the time but them boys from Panola was a lil bigger and way faster than us. That boy Pegues ran all over our defense. We held our own tho.

and by road i mean thousands of miles.. hit up the TX powerhouses.. CA.. FL.. Bishop Mont up here in Vegas..

Thing is in South Florida the avg teams would be powerhouses in other States/Cities,just a couple of weeks ago the #1 ranked team in the country out here lost to a unrank team.

Most of those teams dont wont to play out of state teams until they know most of their kids graduated the year before lol.

Booker T Washington, Miami Central,St Thomas,Northwestern(when on top)and a few more school in South Florida travel every year out of town to play top ranked teams,but i never see those teams come down here.
