HELP!!!! What should I do in this situation?

I have a few rental properties. I decided to rent out one of the units to my older cousin. She has several children and can't keep a job. She hardly works (outside the home) and keeps bad company in men. Anyway, she didn't pay her little fee for the section 8. The little rent she has to pay for the unit. It is like 150 bucks. But she has not paid for 6 months. I finally went over to the house and confronted her. This ghetto bitch had the nerve to swing on me. We got to fistacuffs. I basically won. Blacked her eye busted her lip and eventually started to stomp her out in front of the kids. Her man had to break us up. I told her that I needed her and her bastard children out the house immediately! I also told her that she was a waste of blood flesh and bone. I was running to the trunk of my car to get a bottle of bleach to throw in her eyes, when the cops pulled up. We both play dumb and send the cops away. Anyway, she called me up to apologize. She I accept the apology and let her stay or take her to court to get her out. This is family. btw I'm a female.

It's going to cost you more in court fees serve her with eviction papers and give her time to move out I think in ny(that's where I'm from) it's six months then learn from this that someone close to you will fuck you over faster then a stranger would!
