Well then, what does that tell you about the type of role models they want our children to have? They don't want our children to have good role models, grown men exposing the industry for what it is, instead of focusing on the positive things DMX has been trying to release for the public, they focus on his mistakes (which EVERYONE MAKES). Instead, you got these comedians in this thread trying to justify the media coverage of a man who has alot to offer in regards to uplifting his people and inspiring our children. Rapping about saving your soul and denying the devil, whether literal or metaphorical. They said he claimed he wanted to be a good role model, and considering he has the ability to reach a broad audience, they would rather portray him behind bars and looking like a failure than the positive light that they could have been showing like in the video.

But what goal is this so called "higher power" gaining? They gain money when we buy albums, movies, watch their shows etc but that's normal. What else are they gaining as a secret society though? If they're brainwashing the public they must have some type of plan, right?

This is where parenting comes into play. If a twelve year old sees this, then sees the "cause and effect" what are the chances of this 12 year old acting like they do now? If it showed nothing but fun fun fun fun and no bad outcomes (all of them pretty much end in bad outcomes) then I see a problem. We always see a "cause and effect" in all lives of Celebs. It's nothing glamorous to live that life style - careless.

If a parent can at least provide and teach and exhibit good morals and show the outcome of THAT, then there should be no worries of what outside influences have on them. Well then, what does that tell you about the type of role models they want our children to have?
