I am going to rock with Hawkeye on accuracy...Both of these niggas is BAT SHIT LOONEY TUNES...strategically both are very good too! This is actually a really good match up

Punishers advantage is better weapons but he can't fuck with someone that has better accuracy than him.

hawkeye is overpowered to have no powers, if that makes sense, but hand to hand im still going with punisher. he has more of a reason to fight.

Hawkeye would merk punisher with weaponry. Hawk is an agent I assume he works well with prep. And hand to hand Hawkeye has been written with varying strengths all stronger than punisher and he is much mire athletic

Hawkeye's only downfall might be the mild goody two shoes aura he seems to have developed long since his criminal ways/carnival days. The Punisher, though wouldn't hesitate to off Hawkeye.

Both are skilled hand to hand combatants, with the edge slightly going to Barton based offa him being trained by Cap himself and The Swordsman.

A better match-up would be Hawkeye vs Bullseye to see who's more accurate with their weapons. My money would be on Bullseye in that one.

As far as wits and accuracy they even up. Hawkeye gets the upper hand in combat skills. They both deceptive motherfuckers so that would be a good match up and in the dark avengers bullseye is hawkeye.
