When I started walking downstairs to go to the basement, I saw his grandmother sleep on the couch. I know she couldn't get from the backyard to the couch that fast and we were the only two people at the house.

When I told her what happened, she just said "yeah, the house is haunted"

My husband said he used to hear people talking in the backyard too and said he never goes in the basement.
