I was about 14 years old. Bought one at this old book store in Tempe, AZ. One night while my mom and sister went to Texas for my grandmother's funeral, me, my brother, and a couple friends decided to play. for the first couple times, nothing happened. Then we got into contact with a spirit named “ebenezer". At first we were asking random questions with dumb answers, then I said fuck this Shit. I asked Ebenezer mane the house phone ring. He said ok. As soon as he said that, our house phone rang. Niggga....., me, my brother, and friends ran the fuck out the house over that Shit! We said fuck it, said goodbye to Ebenezer and quit playing. Shit was trippy as fuck. Come to find out it was moms calling to check on us at the perfect God Damn time, lol.

I was visiting my husband's grandmother and I was upstairs in the bedroom with the window open and I heard his grandma call my name from the backyard, she told me to get more chairs from the basement. When I started walking downstairs to go to the basement, I saw his grandmother sleep on the couch. I know she couldn't get from the backyard to the couch that fast and we were the only two people at the house.

When I told her what happened, she just said "yeah, the house is haunted"

My husband said he used to hear people talking in the backyard too and said he never goes in the basement.
