So, lets say you been working there for a few years like 5... and some brand new guy off the street comes in and after 6 months says he knows more than you about your store, that seem right?

Well I figure your six months of "research" definitely outweighs our actual experience going through the things that you read about. One question though, do you know the definition of hearsay? Once you at least get to be an EA then everything you say is in fact hearsay.
