Seagal is cold with it that fucker has hands for days and his style is ruthless. the end fight in Above the Law, mall fight and end fight in Marked for Death, multiple scenes in Out for Justice (in the bar with the pool cues) and Under Siege (knife fight with Tommy Lee Jones is a classic).. love how he will just let you come at him, disarm your shit and stab you right in the throat with your own knife. always hilarious how his characters never give a damn whether you live or die

can't post youtube videos from work or i'd throw up some compilations but yes Seagal has carved his own lane through some very real skills displayed on screen in real time and obviously impressive to anyone that doesn't have an agenda just to hate on dude (by comparison Norris/Van Damme's karate/kickboxing faggotry is weak as fuck)

Seagal trained for 12 years in Japan speaking fluent Japanese and operating as a master the first dojo ever from a foreigner before he even came back to the US and was recruited as a martial arts coordinator in Hollywood. his skills are as real world as it gets which is proven in recent training he's given to UFC champs

He has helped train Brazilian mixed martial artists Anderson Silva and Lyoto Machida. Silva, who is the former UFC Middleweight Champion, went on to knock out Vitor Belfort with a kick, in their fight at UFC 126 in February 2011,[10][11] and Machida also credited him for helping him perfect the crane kick that he used to knock out Randy Couture at UFC 129 in May 2011

Norris is literally a joke and Van Damme only ever studied and fought in Belgium shit, in fact he studied ballet for 5 years you could actually say he has a more solid background in ballet than martial arts.

Grabbed her and said calm down and then out of nowhere gave her ass the touch of death on the neck. Then he ripped her boyfriends liver out with one punch and shoved it in his face.

Go watch that classic movie with the Jamaican drug dealers(can't think of the name) you will be an instant fan lol. seagal GIVES NO FUCKS!!!!

Them giving Seagal credit for helping them is different than your portrayal that Seagal was trying to take credit for their work. So Silva and Machida were lying?

This is how I found it was described: Seagal showed how to front kick with less "telegraphing" the intention to your opponent. Almost everyone in martial arts lifts their knee while beginning the front kick. This is what Seagal showed them not to do. It is less of a snap type of kick, and more of a lunge. It is more deceptive. Seagal also showed how to set up the kick and to time it for the most unexpected moment when the opponent is hopefully advancing as well to amplify the kick.
