its like that here...I can see Houston being different tho...just too many people

ya'll probably have several city jails for each side/district and shit

we got 1 city jail......shits nasty and crowded as fuck.....you doing good if you go to the parish

still jail but its sanitary.....you get a raggedy blanket and a locker to call your own lol

people be in the city jail for a week or two and come out homeless as fuck...aint seen a toothbrush

Depends on the locale. Out Here in LA the county is packed like sardines plus the extra politics that comes with bring from here.
