Hangover Cure. Your Method.

gatorade seems to work for me. about 2 weeks ago i got a crazy hangover threw up everything i ate the day before and alker seltzer and gatorade worked. and earlier this week i drank gatorade before i went to bed after i drank and not having eatin anything earlier and i woke up fine. fried foods also work
 
I'll smoke a spliff once I wake up, usually have one rolled already for the morning so i don't have to deal with it all fucked up, drink some water, and that weed knocks me out for an hour or so get up n I'm good. If I gotta work it's spliff, n a bottle of Gatorade

Drink 2 glasses of water before you go to sleep and as soon as you wake up hungover take a shot of what you were drinking the night before and you'll be ready for the world.

The only reason you get hungover is because your body gets a withdrawal effect from heavy alchohol consumption. That spike in the morning levels you back out a bit so you dont hurt.

Now for you broke people with no alchohol at the house or you children that stay with your parents this might not be possible. For the others try it and youll never deal with that shit again.
 
the key is to prevent the hangover from starting.

1. dont drink cheap shit

2. brush your teeth/tongue before passing out

3. hydrate before you pass out

food is a must but no mexican......get a big burger or some chicken and drink a beer, hit some bud....good to go
 
idk maybe your guts work different lol......when i eat mexican food on top of liquor, im shootin sparks the next morning

i just need protein.....steak and eggs is awesome after one of those nights
 
Water before you start drinking. And one glass of water for every one alcoholic drink during the night. Before bed, aspirin and all the water you can handle. The next morning, beef jerky and gatorade. Beef jerky for the proteins since your protein stores will be depleted, plus it's easy on your stomach. The gatorade to restore your electrolytes. Works like a charm, and even when I drink heavy, the most that happens is I wake up feeling slightly tired nothing more. I'm able to go about my normal day.

I always drank more alcohol (shrug) mainly beer after flushing with a lot of ice water and eat something heavy like a snadwhich or biscuits, potatos.. something on that level... that was always the customary remedy.

nah on the real u might fall back to sleep after that.....
 
1. Drink a couple of glasses of water before going to bed at night

2. Jamaican soup (chicken, goat, etc)

3. Coconut water

From my experiences, these have somewhat worked but drinking water before you go to bed is the key. Hangovers is dehydration.

Coconut water has lots of electrolytes in it which is good for dehydration.
