The guy at the store I bought it at asked how much I smoked and recommended that when I told him. I feel like the struggle is right now but it'll pay off in the end. I can definitely tell though..patience has been a little thin.

I smoked maybe a 3rd of a pack of marb reds a day for like 10 years and started at 6mg but would constantly cave in and grab a smoke. I upped to 12mg and haven't had a smoke in like 2 months. I'm constantly vaping when I'm at home though haha. I haven't seen any 9mg up here in shops that's weird. Just 0, 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24. Never bought any online yet.

Great read. I used it to further educate my parents who have bought into some bogus story that e-cigs are 10x worse than cigarettes. #alternativefacts

probably got too high of a nicotine content. if you smoked regular cigs start with 6mg. if you smoked lights start with 3mg.

i smoke newport 100s and i am a pack of day smoker.

I smoked ports like that too, started with 12mg cause that's what they suggested. Took me a few months to get down to 6. I think the coughin issue is just gettin used to smoking something diff, you just have to get used to it. Get you a good vape pen(usually run $30+) and some juice you like and you'll be straight.

I bumped to the 6mg after I first started vaping and that shit was way too harsh on my throat. Had to mix it with some 3mg so I wouldn't waste it.

i might need to up my vape. i got a cheap joytech.

Get the hang of this one first. I haven't even reached maximum wattage on mine yet. It's a good starter vape. I coughed at first too, just a matter of figuring out what settings work for you and perfecting the way you hit it.
