Pac #2 on my all time, but id agree he was a mediocre rapper.
He was a poet, a true artist...lyrics were meaningful not just techically appealing. Pac is more loved for his emotional and powerful songs like "brendas got a baby", "keep ya head up", and "dear momma" than anything else. Never be another.
