Not always. On another site there was an extremely long winded argument about that whole "street harassment" bullshit and the women were completely divided on the subject. There were those, usually from the south and midwest that welcomed a friendly "hello", or compliment on the street and figured something must have been wrong on her end if they didn't receive one all day. then there were the chicks from NYC and the surrounding area that wholeheartedly considered it a form of harassment and even went so far as to say that women shouldn't be approached in public AT ALL and gave a fuckin list of times and places where they may be approached.
