I feel what you are saying and I too like an aggressive man who goes for what he wants but I don't necessarily agree with that.

I've been in a situation where I have observed a mans demeanor and movement from afar where I wasn't in plain view to him. Should I have pranced around in front of him and made him aware of my presence hoping he'd make the first move? Lol, no. If something about him was enough to catch my eye I would just act on it, time waits for no man, person I should say. And just the same as I was checking for a man to observe his vibe, a man could be doing the same.
