GnS Thread: How was yall first year of high school like?

I sometimes got picked on by the older dudes, but the older girls would stick up for me.. I didn't even know what the fuck back then.. All my classes were honors classes, so I didn't get to see much, except for in P.E. and Agriculture.. In p.e. I got picked somewhat last for basketball cause I was so short,.. Everybody liked to point out the irony that I was Black yet sucked more at basketball than most others.. but my Mexican side helped me out in soccer..

And I swore I had the flyest style with all 15 pairs of my chucks with the fat laces..

Basically, high school taught me we can all be fooled.

i actually was. lol ..i always been a hustler.. i can go far back as elementary where i use to draw bart simpson and marijuana leaves and transformers for quarters. lol

by time i got to 9th grade i would wake up an hour early to get to the doughnut shop to buy a dozen and sell them for 50 cents.. i also would get my aunt to take me to Costco to get the family packs of candy and chips.. and my crown achievement was me startin a gambling ring.. me and a few of the homies did.. we even had security on the payroll.. if they won they got all the money.. if they lost they got to keep they quarter.. they use to try to set up stings but could never catch us.. because when they were gatherin security we'd hear the shit on the walkie talkies. hahahahaha it wasnt nothin to make 20 bux durin lunch.. and i was fuckin since Jr High.. not alot of bitches ..but a bitch or two alot of times. hahaha

but 9th grade was cool.. my whole class hung together rather then tryin to fit in with the older crowd.. we made our own niche.. we was class of 2000 so we'd be at the highschool parties and the dj would always scream out "90 what??!" and er'body would scream they year.. they punk ass never said "zero what??" so we'd jus scream zero zero over everybody else's. lol

arguably 9th grade was my best year.. senior year would be.. but i was never there and always drunk.. shit was a blurr..

but by that time i was really gettin money and fuckin bitches! lol

oh you were one of "those" niggas, cap? lololol. i remember in middle school it was so much competition for that candy & shit. swear every class i ever took/walked into (i was an office assistant so i would run around givin out passes for a whole class period) had at least 3 people tryna sell shit from a grocery bag. we didn't have vending machines then so the school made it a rule that nobody could sell their own personal shit talkin about it was puttin the school outa business cuz nobody bought lunch lol.

This right here. All I remember is we had a 24yr-old Filipina chemistry teacher that only wore skirts and loved to sit on her desk with her legs crossed.

i was a big tomboy, awkward, kinda nerdy. i was an athlete & got moved up to varsity basketball middle of the year so everybody knew who i was so i never had any problems with anyone cuz the athletes pretty much ran the school. everyone who was "popular" was one & it was nothin to see majority of the school & staff at pretty much every sporting event. freshman year was pretty fun except for the initial awkwardness that everyone has.

Lol nah but for real my high school was mad small, like 400 people, so my freshman year was nothing big my family was pretty well known so i had it easy. Played all sports all 4 yrs. Basketball, track, swim team and volleyball. I got away with a lot of shit cuz my dad was a big dog within the board of education. High school wasnt shit i breezed thru it with ease.

But damn i would love to go back

we hated those people in high school. if anyone found out anybody was the son or daughter of any type of faculty, school board, etc. it was a roast fest til graduation lol.

my middle school and high school was combined. So it really wasnt no different than 8th grade except I now got off campus lunch prviliges.

9th grade i was a nerd. i would go to school then go straight home pretty much every day. had very few friends. 10th grade came along and i started being more social, then 11th & 12th were the crazy years and when my dick started to get licked left and right.

i was like 5 feet & 90 pounds soaking wet...I went to the baddest high school in NYC but was good had a bunch of older heads from my way goin there that seen me on the block so all they would say was "waddup lil man everything good? holla at us if any on fucking with u" bunch of Latin kings afew bloods & crip dudes.... i was just amazed at how big the damn school building was and how that shit sat right on top of a cemetery
