There's two chemicals in Marijuana that affect your body, THC and CBD. High grade weed has more THC. Whats considered low grade weed has a higher CBD content.

Basically THC gets you high and CBD gets you stoned

Since congress won't pass a bill to regulate the cost of prescription medicine, if you own the patent to a specific medication then you can charge whatever you want. In Shkreli's case he charges $750 per pill. That's perfectly legal and if congress has a problem with it they can always make a law that says you can't charge that much. But since the pharmaceutical companies have the congress in their back pocket congress won't make any such law.

Basically Shkreli is taking advantage of the system. There's no law that says he can't do what he's doing, so he's going to laugh all the way to the bank while people complain and call him the bad guy.

And lastly, that women had no idea what she was talking about. Shkreli got arrested for securities fraud. That has nothing to do with him raising the price from $13 to $750. Those two things have nothing to do with each other. She said that raising the price from $13 to $750 was, "insider trading". Clearly she doesn't know what insider trading is.
